Adam moves fast, builds smart, and keeps it fun. With 25+ years of hands-on product design and engineering under his belt, he’s known for turning complex ideas into market-ready products—quickly, cleanly, and all with killer customer service. His secret weapons? Iteration, instinct, and the occasional heli-drop into deep powder snowboarding to “relax”.
He built SHEPPiD to do things his way: less red tape, more results. Whether he’s prototyping a breakthrough device or sinking a disc golf putt with his dog Gnarly, Adam’s energy is all-in. His motto? Let’s have fun—and build things that actually make a difference.
Senior Product Designer
Gabriel builds with purpose. With 12+ years of design experience, he’s all about creating products that are truly useful — the kind that actually improve people’s lives. He’s currently deep into a passion project two decades in the making: reimagining his car’s body from the ground up, 3D-printing custom moulds and building it in carbon fibre at home. Yes, seriously.
At SHEPPiD, he loves the variety — working across the full design process on products that actually go somewhere. When he’s not designing, you’ll find him zoning in with music, running on caffeine, and dropping sunglasses emojis with surgical precision. For Gabriel, the journey is the reward — and he’s just getting started.
Lead Product Designer
Abdul is all about the grind — the good kind. He thrives on relentless iteration, diving deep into the hands-on side of design to test, tweak, and refine until something great emerges. Foam, plywood, wires, car parts — if it helps him build faster and smarter, it’s probably on his desk. Somewhere under the speaker components.
What drives him is real-world problem solving, especially when it means pushing the edges of sustainability, automation, or materials. He’s not just a designer — he’s a maker, a fixer, and a guy who believes the best ideas are the ones you can hold in your hands.
Senior Product Designer
Jackie’s the kind of designer who’s hands-on with everything — from concept to execution, from custom lighting builds to gym-friendly bubble tea experiments. She brings curiosity, creativity, and a no-nonsense drive to figure things out fast, whether she’s tackling a complex product challenge or streamlining a one-pot recipe.
At SHEPPiD, she’s in her element: learning something new every day, solving real-life usability problems, and keeping things smart, simple, and functional. Just don’t ask how much chocolate it took to get it done.
Head of Security
As SHEPPiD’s Head of Security and Director of Happiness, Gnarly takes his dual role seriously — whether it’s guarding the office from suspicious squirrels or boosting team morale with spontaneous tail wags and hallway zoomies. Equal parts protector and goofball, he’s known for his intense stare, love of lunchtime scraps, and zero tolerance policy for uninvited delivery people.
When he’s not making the rounds or napping under someone’s desk, you’ll find him out on disc golf duty with Adam or providing critical emotional support during high-pressure deadlines. He may not design products, but he makes the team way more productive.
